Before You Arrive
To make your first visit simple and complete, New Client Services include a haircut by default. Prefer to skip the cut? Just send me a message before your appointment and I’ll adjust it. When you request an appointment, it comes directly to me for review. I personally approve each booking to make sure you’re scheduled for the right amount of time and service.
Once I've looked it over, you’ll receive a confirmation letting you know your spot is officially reserved. Around this time, you’ll also get a welcome email. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to know before your appointment-directions, parking info and a few helpful details to make your first visit smooth and stress-free. As a new guest, you’ll have the option to fill out a NEW GUEST FORM before your visit. It’s helpful for sharing your hair history, preferences, and any important details ahead of time.
You’ll get a reminder 48 hours before your visit and again 3 hours before. This way, you’ll have plenty of time to plan your day and arrive relaxed.
A Little About Your Time in the Chair
Come as you are- whether your hair is freshly washed, slept on, or anything in between. You’re welcome to show up in whatever makes you feel your best— a little bougie or totally relaxed. My chair feels cozy and elevated-like your own personal box seat with touches to help you feel at home.
We’ll begin with a relaxed consultation where I’ll learn, your hair history, goals and lifestyle. Bring inspiration photos if you like, or simply trust the process—I’ll guide the plan so you feel confident before we begin. Prices are listed on my website, and I provide a clear estimate during the consultation. Occasionally, a small range may apply if extra color or services are needed to achieve your best result, but I will discuss everything with you before we begin.
During your appointment, how you spend your time is up to you: work, relax, chat or just close your eyes.

After Goodbye
I don’t stop thinking about you just because you’re no longer in my chair.
After your appointment, you’ll receive a personal email from me to check in and make sure you are feeling confident and good about your hair and overall experience. This is a chance to ask questions, share feedback or clarify how to maintain your look at home.
When we discuss your maintenance plan- whether it’s a color refresh, cut or treatment- I’ll make it simple to schedule your next visit at a time that works best for you. I will provide you with a booking link along with a guide to the next services you’ll need and when to schedule them.
